- How much does a typical Holiday Home cost?
A used caravan can start from £9,995.00
A new caravan typically starts around £25,995 with full residential spec going up to £60,000
- When can I use my holiday home?
Currently we are open for 8 months, starting from 1st March to 31st October.
We have recently applied for a 12 month licence so will keep you posted.
- How much are your site fees?
Site fees, including rates are only £3150
- What if you don't have the caravan I'm looking for?
We have a wide range of new and pre-owned caravans and with new stock arriving on a weekly basis, I’m sure you’ll find something to meet your requirements.

- Do I have to pay a deposit to secure my holiday home?
Yes, we require a deposit to secure your holiday home and chosen pitch which is fully refundable if you cancel within 14 days. The deposit price is dependant on the price of the holiday home being purchased. Full payment would be expected within seven days, unless other arrangements have been made.
- Can I bring my pet to the holiday park?
Yes, our park is pet friendly. All we ask is to be respectful to other guests on the park, keep your pet on a lead when out on the park and always bag and bin.
- What is included when I buy a holiday static with Manor Park?
When buying with us, the price of your holiday home includes site fees for the remainder of the season (until the 31st October). It also includes siting, connections, steps, hand rails, tv aerial, safety checks and two free gas bottles.
